Beltre is still waiting for his expected offer from the LA Angels.
Boston is obviously not an option. Oakland has pulled their offer.
I would think that the Angels will make a legitimate offer, but if they feel they are the only one bidding, might the price be far less than previously anticipated?
Could the O’s try and get in on him still, and move Reynolds to 1st?
