It was a week of upsets in the 2017 College Football hierarchy, and the Deified Dozen Week 7 rankings reflect that. That said, only Washington State dropped all the way out, and were replaced with the return of Oklahoma State. Penn State stayed ahead of Georgia by the narrowest margin possible to claim the #2 spot. If we were determining the Playoff participants, we’d need a coin to choose between Ohio State and TCU for the 4th and final spot. Luckily it won’t come to that.
