According to Real Time RPI http://www.realtimerpi.com/rpi_conf_Men.html the ACC is once again the Nations top-ranked conference.

Bracket Project http://bracketproject.50webs.com/matrix.htm which compiles posted Brackets from across the web, is currently showing 50 total brackets.

In those projections, the Big East is currently projected to get 8 bids, with Notre Dame being one of the first four out.

The ACC is currently projected to get 7 bids, with Miami being one of the first four out.
Carolina, Duke, Wake, Clemson are complete locks… that is 4.

Boston College is 6-3 in conference… it would take an epic collapse for them not to make it… that is 5.

VaTech is 14-7 overall, 4-3 in conference
Florida State is 16-5 overall, 3-3 in conference
Miami is 15-7 overall, 4-5 in conference
MD is 14-8 overall, 3-5 in conference

At least two of these 4 teams are going to dance… but will eventually 3 of the 4 go, due to overall conference strength?

MD has split with Miami, and lost at FSU in OT 73-76.

Miami destroyed Wake Forest by 27 last night at home, and that improves their resume…

This illustrates for Terp fans, how large the V-Day game vs VaTech will be…
