I am ecstatic about Liz being recalled… if he is not going to be in the rotation long-term, he belongs in the Oriole bullpen… his power-arm can certainly help the team a couple innings at a time…. On a temporary basis, I would like to see him in the rotation.
If they bring up Liz to replace Simon, that would leave the team with 13 pitchers, and a 3 man bench which I think is a mistake.
