Terps move to 15-8 overall, 4-5 in the ACC with a much needed win in Atlanta.

Considering that MD was 12 for 19 from the FT line, and that they got 3pts combined from Milbourne, Mosley, and Bowie… you take this win, and you run with it.

To be fair to Bowie, he was sick tonight, and only able to give 1 minute of playing-time.

After losing close games to Morgan St, and on the road vs Miami and Florida St – maybe the Terps deserved to have the ball bounce their way tonight.

Give MD credit for holding Aminu, and Lawal to 15 combined points.

For the game, the Terps competed on the boards, losing 29-34.

MD had 12 steals, and forced 24 turnovers.

Gregory had a nice effort with 7pts, and 5 boards… Tucker had 8pts, 2boards, 1assist, 2 steals…

Hayes had 15pts, 5boards, 3steals, and 2 assists…

MD wins this game though because of the 2nd-half efforts of Vasquez, who made a number of tough shots…

Vasquez finished with 19pts, 3assists, and 3 steals.

Terps come home to College Park to face VaTech on Saturday.

With a win, MD will move to 5-5 in ACC play.
