This is going to be an interesting game, that even non-Terp fans should have passing interest in.

After a combustible week in College Park, what will happen on the floor Saturday night?

Two weeks ago, MD lost 62-60 against the Hurricanes in Miami, after surrendering a 17 point lead.

If you are a Terp fan, you could look at that as a glass half-full and say we lost by 2 on the road… we should win at home.

In that game, MD lost on the boards 36-28… Bowie was huge, with 23pts, 5boards, 3assists, and 2 steals.

For MD, the game was lost by the Terps inability to get to the line – finishing with only 6 foul shots.

The Terps could possibly receive a lift on the boards, by the return of Jerome Burney, who has been practicing with the team.

Dwayne Collins only had 6 points in the last meeting, but had 9 boards. Miami was 10 for 22 from 3-point land.

Miami is 14-6 overall, 3-4 in the ACC, losing their last two games.

Wins against – Florida Southern (Division 2), Southern Miss, San Diego, Stetson, @Kentucky, Fla International, Robert Morris, @StJohn’s, North Florida, NC Central, FL Atlantic, @Boston College, MD, FSU,

Losses against – Uconn (by 13), Ohio State (by 5), Clemson (by 19), @UNC, VaTech, @NCST

MD will enter the game at 13-7 overall, 2-4 in the ACC.
