Brian Matusz won his 10th game of 2010 tonight, as the Baltimore Orioles beat the Detroit Tigers 2-1.

Matusz’s win was his 6th consecutive winning decision, and really punctuated his impressive 2nd-half. For the second straight start Matusz had at-least 8 k’s.

Down 1-0, Nick Markakis homered for the second time in two days, bringing his OPS above .800.
Uehara notched his 13th save of the year.

With the win, the Orioles are now 37-36 since the All-Star break.
