Bruce Posner of Terp Talk stated tonight that the Terrapins Times is reporting Dino Gregory will be able to return to the Terps on December 12th.
This is vitally important news. Adding another big, that is able to run the floor, block shots, rebound, and give 5 fouls is just imperative for the Terps to reach their ceiling this year.
They could play without Gregory, but this will make life much easier for Coach Williams.
Still, December 12th means Gregory will have missed Maui, Indiana, and Villanova. Those match-ups will all be important come tournament time for seeding. It would be a shame if any of those games are lost, and it is evident that Gregory could have helped.
Ultimately though, getting Gregory back for all of the ACC season is terrific news.
