I am surprised at all this Billick talk, I thought that I originally came up with the idea of him to MD back in the college game, but apparently a lot of stuff has been out there regarding that possibility.

They can criticize him for not being an offensive genius, but he was smart enough to win in a way that his team was built to win…He had th defense, the payroll went to the defense, so he adapted and won a super bowl with his defense.

He changed the culture in Baltimore, from a town that was happy to have football, to a town that expects playoffs every season. Billick is number onethe reason for this change.

I am surprised that ND would be interested given the Weis failure, and feel that he would be better at a program like MD or any college that did not just fire an NFL guy. Still, no doubts in my mind that Weis would do well at MD.

Spot on as usual….hopefully Yow comes to her senses and does something positive for this athletic program.
