Random thoughts....

worst stomach punch loss ever for me. i was catatonic for an hour or so. feeling better now than I thought I would.

I actually think the Ravens will be even better next year. Maybe that's why I'm feeling better about the loss. Outside of Reed and Ray Ray, the Ravens are pretty young.

I think Flacco has really turned the corner. On the whole, he's done everything asked of him this year. He led clutch game winning or "should have been game tying" drives in the 4th quarter under the most difficult circumstances (@Pitt, today, etc). He's going to be much better next year. Most QBs blossom after their 4th season. Look at the stats on that.

Cundiff, on the other hand, has to go. I get that the players are supporting him and all, but the fans won't forgive him and that can ruin a kicker's confidence. He also missed 9 this season and can't hit from outside 50 yards. We can do better.

Need o-line help in the draft and another pass rusher. Probably should fire Cam Cameron but there is "something" to be said for system consistency for a QB. I'd like to see them give Flacco more control of the play calling regardless of what they do with the OC.
