Has the Ravens selecting CB Sean Smith, out of Utah.
I agreed with some of the logic Banks used – the Ravens do like size at the CB position…. But DeCosta (Ravens Player Personnel Director) just listed his Top 5 CB’s in the draft, and Smith was not there.
So, was DeCosta being coy… or is Banks just off in his projection?
