You knew this was coming, and in a Salary Cap world, you can not keep everyone…. but you have to wonder if this means McClain will be used more as a traditional FB in 2009?

Will the Ravens limit McClain’s carries, and have him as a lead-blocker?

With McGahee, Rice, and Peerman – the Ravens have a number of talented running-backs… but I believe McClain’s bull-rush operating behind Neal, and the jumbo package was a real strength of the 2008 season.

It wore down the opposition, and allowed Baltimore to control the clock.
