As we get closer to football season, the biggest question facing the Maryland Terrapins is what production they will receive from their offensive-line.
The Terps know that their offensive will be led by an experienced QB in Chris Turner.
The Terps know that their RB core of Scott, Meggett, Green, and Douglass is just oozing talent, and that does not even include the uber talented Freshman Porzel, and Adams.
It also does not even include the experienced group at FB, with Jackson, and Brown.
The Terps know, that even with the departure of Heyward-Bey, that there is an abundance of athleticism returning about to explode at the WR and TE positions.
I am excited to watch wide-outs Ronnie Tyler, and Tony Logan… but will also be keeping my eyes on Kevin Dorsey, Kerry Boykins, and Devonte Campbell.
There is a lot of skill position talent existing for Maryland, but that will not matter if the offensive-line can not pass-protect for Turner, or clear lanes for the RB’s.

LG Lamar Young (6’4, 320 Soph)
C Phil Costa (6’3, 300 Senior)
RG Justin Lewis (6’4, 320 RS Fresh)

It will be interesting to see if incoming true-Freshman Pete White will get an opportunity to start from Day 1 for the Terps.
