Roch Kubatko and MASN is reporting that Jake Arrieta and Troy Patton are likely to be promoted from AA Bowie to AAA Norfolk:

This is extremely well-deserved, and exciting news.
Troy Patton at AA Bowie: 6-2, with a 1.99 era. In 63.1 innings of work, he has allowed 50 hits, 18 walks, with 47 k’s.
Jake Arrieta at AA Bowie: 6-3, with a 2.59 era. In 59 innings of work, he has allowed 45 hits, 23 walks, with 70 k’s.
They will team with Chris Tillman to give Norfolk a dominating AAA rotation, and be one-step closer to joining the O’s.
