Will have to see exactly who returns this coming year, but will be interesting to see if go to a base 4-3.
One thing that jumps out to me is that Mattison turns 60 in 2009… means he is not likely going anywhere Head Coaching wise, but you wonder about his ability to connect with the players.
On the other-hand, he has a long history of success (and recently) at the college-level, with obviously even younger players.
