While it is always easier to speak after a victory like occurred yesterday… Trembley is always there, win or lose.
He is regularly accountable, and shows an ability to communicate intelligently, and directly. The way he deals with the media, it is not hard to extrapolate that further and figure out he speaks with the players within his club-house.
In a 162 game season, there will be plenty of times where you disagree with his game strategy… but you will never be able to question the overall direction Trembley provides.
