Hill has talent, and can help the rotation – and there is conjecture in the article, that it would only cost a player to be named.

Would be interesting to see if Hill was obtained, if the O’s would continue to try and obtain Looper.

If Hill is obtained, you can expect Hendrickson would stay in the bullpen.
