Welcome to the 2018 BSL Deified Dozen rankings. Each week during the season our panel of experts will rank the Top 12 teams in college football. Members of our panel include:  CT Schwink, Rob Shields, Mike Lowe, Zack Kiesel, Brian (Pedro Cerrano) McGuire, Chris (Ricker Says) Ricker, Steve Birrer, Mike Randall and Chris Garman.

Week 10 has the same twelve teams ranked in the Deified Dozen that Week 9 did; only the order changed. LSU dropped just 3 spots after losing to an Alabama squad that looks invincible at this point. Georgia moved up thanks to its big road win at Kentucky, while the loss was respectable enough to keep the Wildcats in the rankings at #12. West Virginia was a big upward mover, going from #12 to #8 thanks to a last-second road win, and gutsy call to go for a 2-point conversion, at Texas. UCF and Ohio State both dropped after less-than-impressive home wins.

Week 11 of the 2018 college football season lacks any head-to-head Dozen matchups, though a couple of our teams do face opponents ranked in other Top 25 polls. Those include #1 Alabama (vs Mississippi St.), #2 Clemson (at Boston College) and #10 Ohio St. (at Michigan St.). Of course you never know when or where a big upset is lurking that will throw the College Football Playoff chase out of whack, just that they will happen at some point, so it’s always worth watching.
