Padgett named MVP with 22pts… Williams had 7pts, 7boards, and 4blocks in limited mts… as the US Team beat the Baltimore team for the first-time in 5yrs.
These two have been interviewed repeatedly by The Baltimore Sun, Terp Times, Terp Center etc etc, and each and every-time they show a strong-level of maturity.
How the 2009-10 MD team will be compiled, will be decided in the next month or so… still, you can expect both to receive regular mts, with Williams starting at the Center position from Day 1.
If Vasquez does leave for the NBA or Europe, and Stephenson does not become a Terp – it is possible that Milbourne moves back to his natural 3 position, and Padgett starts at the 4.
Possible (but unlikely) MD recruit Terrell Vinson had 15pts for the Baltimore squad.
