Jerome Burney has a broken-bone in his right-foot, and will be out the remainder of the year.
This is the same foot that held him of 11 games earlier this year.
He was forced to redshirt his 2006-7 season, when he broke his left-foot.
While he has a very limited offensive game, his inability to stay healthy and available has hurt MD this year.
Burney is an excellent athlete, who provides superior shot-blocking, and can help on the boards.
He had really helped out in both the Clemson, and UNC games… and certainly could have been used against Duke, and Wake Forest.
Dupree, who played agressive in the 1st-half mts, he saw vs Wake – will again be provided an opportunity.
