Lunardi has MD in the last 4 out… Palm has MD in the last 2 out…

You beat NCST, and you will have a case… You beat NCST, and Wake and you will be in…

You just won at NCST within the last two weeks… no reason you can not win on a neutral court…

You lost by 2 to Wake, losing by 20 on the boards… with Vasquez going 7 for 24 from the field… nothing from Milbourne, and Bowie… and getting 2 foul shots… Wake is the hardest team in the conference for MD to match-up with, but even in that game you could have a chance…

Take care of NCST, and see where you are.

MD does not have to be the best at-large team to make the dance… nor do they have to be capable of winning the title… I keep seeing the arguement, even if MD got there they would likely go out very early… so what? By that logic, the tournament should only have the 6-8 teams that are actually capable of winning the title. If MD beats NCST… MD will have an arguement for the dance… wins over the ACC, and Big 10 champs… conf RPI, SOS… If MD beats NCST, and Wake Forest… MD will be in.

It was not a fluke that MD beat UNC, and Michigan St, and Michigan, and VT, and Miami … that is/was what this team was capable of…

Losing to Morgan St, getting crushed at Duke, and Clemson, and losing to UVA were not flukes either… that is/was also what this team is capbable of..Both are ‘MD’ this year, and what they are capable of… when you have two vastly different extremes like that… the truth of what you are as a team lies somewhere in the middle.
