A look at the Top 50 Men’s Basketball teams in the MPSSAA.

1 Poly (13-1) O 82.2 D 42.8 PD +39.4 – The Engineers made their debut in the Max Preps Top 25 on Tuesday, coming in at #24. An hour later, the Engineers put on the final touches of a 83-37 blowout win over then #7 Edmondson. Marquette commit  Lewis scored 35 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in the Engineers 86-67 victory over Chester PA in the 2nd annual Stand Against Violence Showcase in Pittsburgh on Saturday. Lewis surpassed 1,000 career points in the win. ‘Ra Ra’ Ali added 18 points and 7 assists in the victory over the Philly area power. Senior Brandon Murray scored 31 points in a 44 point win over Bishop Walsh last Friday night.

The Engineers have posted wins over three teams ranked among the top 250 teams in the country, including Harvard Westlake CA (56-46) Millenium AZ (71-51), and Coronado NV (93-60), in addition to a pair of 27 point victories over 18-3 Wilson DC and Maryland 2A defending state champion, #6 Lake Clifton, to go with their 46 point win over the Red Storm on Tuesday. The Engineers only loss was to nationally ranked #21 St Johns DC, 62-56. The Engineers rank #1 in the MPSSAA in scoring (82.2), points allowed (42.8), and point differential (+39.4). The three-time 3A defending champions face national top 50 St Frances on Saturday in the William Wells Classic at Morgan State.

2 St Charles (12-1) O 67.6 D 52.5 PD +15.1 – The Knights are 7-1 v the Top 40 (or it’s private/out-of state equivalent), with its 55-53 win over Riverdale Baptist on Monday. The Waldorf powerhouse has overcome the transfer of 6’7 Darius Miles to IMG FL, registering top 25 wins over Wise, Gaithersburg, and Leonardtown, and top 40 wins over Huntingtown, and Thomas Stone, and Bishop O’Connell. The Knights only defeat was a 72-71 loss to Middleburg Academy VA (12-3).

Max Brooks, a 6’7 senior transfer from Great Mills, is averaging 14.5 points and 7.4 rebounds per game, while 6’4 senior Omar McGann averages 12.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game, and 6’2 senior Tremaine Chesley averages 12.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game. The Knights, who rank #14 in the MPSSAA in points allowed per game (52.8), host #25 Westlake on Friday.

3 Eleanor Roosevelt (10-1) O 67.2 D 53.7 PD +13.5 – The defending 4A state champion Raiders have won 31 straight games versus MPSSAA competition, with its only loss this season coming to nationally ranked #7 DeMatha, 80-59. The Raiders last loss to a Maryland public school was in the 2018 4A South regional final to Bladensburg, 85-84.

The Raiders are led by 6’5 senior Quinton Mincey and 6’4 junior Joemel McNair, who average 15.3 and 13.7 points per game, respectively. The Raiders have top 25 wins over Dover DE and Wise, and top 50 wins at South River, Bladensburg, and Bowie, Tuesday night. The Raiders still have a pair of dates with DuVal, have a tilt at Flowers, another date with Bowie, and face #5 Potomac in the PG Challenge.

4 City College (13-0) O 68.8 D 51.5 PD +17.3 – The Black Knights are just one of two teams in Maryland that remain undefeated, and carry the state’s longest win streak, at 13. This is by far the best start for the team from the ‘Castle on the Hill’ since it’s undefeated 3A state champion edition in 2014, that ended with a national top 25 ranking. The Black Knights will find arch rival Poly squarely in their path to both a city title, and a sectional title, never mind a regional title.

A trio of Black Knights have led them in scoring this season, including senior Dominick Carrington, and juniors Ahmed Harrison and Karrell Booker, with 6’9 Kevin Kalu and 6’7 Clarence Obiajulu patrolling the middle for a defense that ranks #10 in the MPSSAA in points allowed, at 51.5 per game. The Black Knights host Lake Clifton on Tuesday the 28th, with the much anticipated first meeting with the Engineers on the 3rd.

5 Potomac (11-0) O 80.8 D 65.1 PD +15.7 – The Wolverines advanced to the 2A state title game on the gridiron in December, and hope to advance to the 2A state title game on the hardwoods in March. The Wolverines have won 6 of their 11 games versus top 50 competition, with victories over Potomac VA, Flint Hill VA, Douglass, Fairmont Heights, Theodore Roosevelt DC, and Northwestern.

Corey Dyches, the 6’2 All-State receiver headed to Maryland, leads the Wolverines on the court too, averaging 22.1 points and 15.4 rebounds per game. Senior guard Duane Mason adds 18.1 points per game for the MPSSAA’s highest scoring team, while 6’2 senior Elijah Crawford adds 9.5 points and 9.6 rebounds per game. The Wolverines still has a pair of dates with Oxon Hill, travel to both Douglass and Fairmont Heights, and face #3 Eleanor Roosevelt in the PG Challenge in February.

6 Lake Clifton (8-4) O 67.9 D 46.3 PD +21.6 – Coach ‘Tree’s’ (Herman Harried) Lakers stay battle-tested, and nothing has changed this year, as the defending 1A state champions look for their first three-peat in school history, after winning the 2A title in ‘18, and looking to repeat in 1A this year. The Lakers are 64-10 versus MPSSAA since the beginning of the 2016-17 season, with six losses coming to the eventual state champion (‘17 Patterson, ‘17 Poly, ‘17 Perry Hall, ‘18 Dunbar, ‘19 Patterson, 19 Poly) another to the eventual #2 ranked 4A team (‘19 Dulaney), another that lost to the eventual state champion (‘17 Dunbar), and another that will be the heavy favorite to win its fourth straight 3A state championship this year (Poly).

Coach Harried, who won his 450th game in the Lakers 73-72 win over then #7 Oxon Hill in the Mayors Academy, ranks second to Wicomico’s Butch Waller among current Maryland public school coaches in wins, with 452 victories. The Lakers, who rank #3 in the MPSSAA in points allowed per game (46.3), have their three toughest remaining tests over their next trio of games, traveling to #12 Mervo on Thursday, and to #4 City College next Monday, before hosting Edmondson on the 31st.

7 New Town (10-1) O 71.0 D 53.4 PD +17.6 – The Titans have won 10 straight games since it’s 58-55 opening night loss to Edmondson. The Titans swept a pair of games in the 2nd annual Stand Against Violence Showcase in Pittsburgh, routing Steel Valley PA, 76-41, with Twan Carter leading the Owings Mills school with 18 points, then taking out Taylor Allerdice PA, 63-42, on Monday. The Titans host #9 Dulaney on Wednesday.

8 Fairmont Heights (10-2) O 76.9 D 63.2 PD +13.7 – The Hornets may be the most overlooked of the top 25 teams, after finishing 7-16 last season, following up a 1A state finalist finish in 2017. The Hornets, who have losses to LaSalle PA and undefeated #5 Potomac (71-65), knocked off #13 Douglass, 84-82, at Douglass, on Friday.

The Hornets rank 5th in scoring in the MPSSAA, averaging 76.9 points per game, and are led by former Wise Puma Keyshawn Johnson, who is averaging 26.3 points per game, draining 59 three-pointers in 11 games. The Hornets head to Oxon Hill on Friday, to face the #11 Clippers.

9 Dulaney (9-3) O 75.8 D 62.4 PD +13.4 – The Lions have won five straight games, going unbeaten in 2020, with wins over Milford Mill, New Era, and #21 Parkville, 87-78, on Friday, among others. The 2019 4A semifinalists are averaging 75.8 points per game, 6th best in the MPSSAA.

Junior guard Ryan Conway scored a MPSSAA season-best 55 points in the Lions 96-58 victory over Hereford on Wednesday, where the 25th ranked point guard in the 2021 class scored 31 points in the second quarter, finishing with 45 in the first half. The Lions face two tough tests this week, going to New Town on Wednesday, to face the #7 Titans, then hosting #38 Loch Raven (10-2) on Thursday.

10 Edmondson (11-3) O 65.4 D 52.7 PD +12.7 – The Red Storm have a trio of losses to three of the best teams in the state, City College Rock Creek Christian, and Poly, and beaten everyone else, including top 10 New Town, and top 20 Woodlawn. The Red Storm go to Poly on Tuesday, to take on the nationally ranked #24 Engineers. Coach Darnell Dantzler’s unit ranks #17 in points allowed in the MPSSAA, at 50.5 points per game.

11 Oxon Hill (9-2) O 70.7 D 57.5 PD +13.2 – The Clippers two losses were both 1-point decisions, falling just short of #6 Lake Clifton and Largo, with victories over Bedford (Brooklyn NY) and Douglass PG (71-61). Senior Ronald Polite leads the Clippers in scoring, averaging 20.9 points per game, hitting 78% from the line. The Clippers host #8 Fairmont Heights on Friday, and go to #5 Potomac the following Friday.

12 Mervo (8-3) O 67.1 D 56.7 PD +10.4 – The Mustangs have three losses to a trio of quality teams, including undefeated #4 City College (71-66), 11-2 Wildwood Catholic NJ (58-54), and another to a team that has won seven straight games, Boys Latin (70-61), who has beaten Mt St Joe, Pikesville, and Glenelg Country during their run. The Mustangs have posted wins over Gilman, 15-4 Wildwood NJ, and Ben Franklin. The Mustangs host #6 Lake Clifton on Thursday.

13 Douglass PG (8-3) O 71.6 D 64.8 PD +6.8 – The Eagles have three losses to top 10 teams, including at Potomac, at Oxon Hill, and at home to Fairmont Heights, 84-82. The Eagles registered a 79-70 win on the road at Wise. The Eagles face a tough three game stretch in early February, when they host both Potomac and Oxon Hill, then travel to Fairmont Heights.

14 Wicomico (13-1) O 79.2 D 56.4 PD 22.8 – Coach Butch Waller’s Indians are the 4th highest scoring team in the MPSSAA, averaging 79.2 points per game, and rank 2nd in point differential, at +22.8 per game. The Indians are 60-6 since the dawn of the 2017-18 season, and won 24 games in each of the last two seasons. Waller is Maryland’s all-time winningest public school coach, notching 842 victories following the Indians 75-65 win over Parkside on Tuesday. Tawain Hardy, a 6’2 sophomore, leads the Indians in scoring, at 16.8 per clip, while 6’4 Jayson Handy adds 15.9 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.

15 Wise (9-4) O 69.8 D 61.9 PD +7.9 – The Pumas won three games at the West Palm Beach Classic over the holidays, but have gone 4-3 since, losing to #3 Eleanor Roosevelt, #13 Douglass, and #7 New Town, with wins over Bowie, DuVal, and Northwestern. Coach Lou Wilson, who has coached at Douglass, Largo, Riverdale Baptist, and Wise, won his 700th career game with the Pumas in their 75-60 win over Suitland last Tuesday. The Pumas host Bladensburg on the 28th, and travel to Flowers on the 31st.

16 Oakland Mills (11-2) O 72.8 D 59.1 PD +13.7 – After starting 0-2 (both 1 possession losses), the Scorpions have reeled off 11 straight wins, the second longest streak in the state, with a pair of wins over top 25 foes – Richard Montgomery and Reservoir. The Scorpions are led by a trio of scorers who all have scored 25 points in a game this season. Barry Evans, a 6’6 junior, is the Scorpions best all-around player, averaging 15.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 4 assists per game. Senior DJ Hopkins scored 36 points in a win over Catonsville, and averages 14.2 points and 4.5 assists per game, draining 31 ‘threes’ thus far. Truth Norton, a 6’2 senior, has scored 29, 30, and 29 points in each of the last three games. The Scorpions host arch rival Wilde Lake this Friday, and top 25 Centennial next Friday.

17 Richard Montgomery (11-2) O 72.5 D 60.7 PD +11.8 – The Rockets have won six straight games since an overtime loss (81-77) to Oakland Mills in their holiday tournament, including victories over #17 Gaithersburg and 9-3 Clarksburg. The Rockets host the Trojans of Gaithersburg next Tuesday, the 28th, in a rematch of their 74-73 victory on January 10th.

18 Gaithersburg (9-3) O 72.6 D 63.4 PD +9.2 – The Trojans have three losses, all by 5 points or less, including a 75-73 overtime loss to #2 St Charles in the Governors Challenge, a 57-52 defeat to Western Branch VA (10-3) a day later, and a 74-73 loss to MoCo 4A West rival Richard Montgomery. Junior Jao Itaku leads the Trojans in scoring, averaging 26.4 points per game. The Trojans visit Richard Montgomery on the 28th.

19 Woodlawn (7-3) O 63.0 D 55.3 PD +7.7 – Coach Bobby Richardson’s Warriors have played 8 of their 11 games versus teams that are arguably among the top 50 public school teams in the state, including wins over Parkville, Franklin, and Randallstown, and single-digit losses to #4 City College (57-48) and #7 Edmondson (48-45). The Warriors may not get tested again for another three weeks, when they travel to Glenelg Country on the 10th, then go to Dulaney on the 12th.

20 Springbrook (11-1) O 66.8 D 54.4 PD +12.4 – The Blue Devils are 11-1 for the first time since the 2010-11 season, a year after notching a 4A three-peat. The Blue Devils have wins over #21 Reservoir, 9-3 Churchill, and 8-3 Montgomery Blair. The Blue Devils will be prohibitive favorites in all of their remaining games but one, when they host Gaithersburg on February 7th.

21 Parkville (10-2) O 72.2 D 51.0 PD – +21.2 – The Knights have the MPSSAA’s 5th largest point differential per contest, at +21.2 per clip, and rank 15th in scoring, averaging 72.2 points per game. The Knights fell short of #10 Dulaney last Friday, 87-78, after the Lions pulled away late in the fourth quarter. The Knights go to Pikesville on Thursday to face the Panthers, who took a 6 point loss to #8 New Town, two weeks ago.

22 Reservoir (9-3) O 65.1 D 54.7 PD +10.4 – The Gators, the 2018 3A state finalists, have won five straight games since back-to-back losses to Oakland Mills and Springbrook in late December. The Gators are one game back of Oakland Mills in the Howard County race. First-year coach Ian Pope’s troops have been buoyed by 6’4 DeMatha junior transfer Bobby Hill, who leads the team in scoring and rebounding, and is second in assists. The Gators travel to Atholton on Friday.

23 Leonardtown (10-2) O 64.0 D 48.5 PD +15.5 – The Raiders rank 4th among the 201 MPSSAA teams in points allowed, at 48.5 per game. The Raiders have won 7 of their last 8 games, including a 61-54 victory at 10-3 Great Mills. The Raiders host the Hornets in a rematch on Friday. Senior Eric Long is averaging 13.9 points and 8.5 rebounds per game, while senior Tyreke Herbert is averaging 13.3 points and 8.4 rebounds per game.

24 Centennial (10-3) O 63.9 D 55.8 PD +8.1 – The Eagles have won 8 of their last 9 games, including road wins at 10-2 Annapolis, at Atholton, at Wilde Lake, and a 71-65 victory over 8-4 Howard at home last Friday. All three of the Eagles losses were decided by 5 points or less. The Eagles travel to Oakland Mills next Friday, on the 31st, with a possible opportunity to grab a share of first place in the league.

25 Westlake (8-4) O 67.3 D 53.9 PD +13.4 – The Wolverines have four single-digit losses – by 2 at Huntingtown, by 2 to North Point, by 5 at TC Williams VA, and by 9 to Bishop O’Connell, who beat national top 50 Mater Dei CA on Monday. The Wolverines have registered wins over Great Mills, Pallotti, and Flowers. The Wolverines, who are led by 6’6 senior Cameron Tweedy, who averages 21 points and 13.6 rebounds per game, travel to St Charles on Friday, to take on the #2 Knights.

26 Williamsport (11-1) O 74.2 D 52.4 PD +21.8 – The Wildcats have a hold on first place in the Central Maryland Conference, a game ahead of Oakdale and Middletown. The ‘Cats 74.2 points per game ranks 7th in the MPSSAA, and their +21.8 point differential ranks 3rd. The ‘Cats 76-65 victory over Oakdale on the 9th snapped an 8 game losing streak to the Bears. Senior Lincoln Ball scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in the win, and surpassed the 1,000 career point mark in the Wildcats win over Boonsboro on Friday.

27 Annapolis (10-2) O 62.1 D 56.9 PD +5.2 – The Panthers top the standings in the Anne Arundel County League, with 1 league loss, and have notched road wins over county contenders – Southern, Northeast, and Broadneck. The Panthers host Southern (11-3) on Friday.

28 Oakdale (11-2) O 71.6 D 61.0 PD +11.6 – The Bears have handed Middletown one of their two losses, and Linganore with two of their three losses, with a pair of their own losses to quality teams – #25 Williamsport (76-65) and 12-3 Potomac VA (63-58), in the Governors Challenge. The Bears are tied for 17th in the MPSSAA in scoring, averaging 71.6  points per game. The Bears host 2-loss Middletown next Friday.

29 Huntingtown (9-4) O 61.9 D 53.4 PD +8.5 – The Hurricanes have wins over #9 Dulaney, #25 Westlake, #23 Leonardtown, and Thomas Stone, with four single-digit losses, including at #2 St Charles, North Point, St Johns Catholic Prep, and Surrattsville. The ‘Canes host 10-win Great Mills on Wednesday.

30  Thomas Stone (9-4) O 59.6 D 56.1 PD +3.5 – The Cougars have won 5 of their last 6 games, including wins over Flowers, and another at North Point. The Cougars also have an overtime win over Great Mills. Leo Wilson paces the Cougars, averaging 13.9 points per game. The Cougars go to #25 Westlake on the 29th, and host North Point on the 31st.

31 Great Mills (10-3) O 66.6 D 53.0 PD +14.6 – The Hornets have won 10 of their last 11 games, after starting 0-2, with wins over Bowie, Broadneck, and

North Point. All three Hornets losses were by 7 points or less. Sophomore Isiah Mills leads the Hornets, averaging 18.5 points per game. The Hornets host Huntingtown on Wednesday, and travel to see #22 Leonardtown on Friday.

32 Southern (11-3) O 64.6 D 53.5 PD +11.1 – The Bulldogs have split a pair of games with Broadneck, lost to Annapolis by 2, lost at South River by 7, and notched a win over 10-3 Northeast. The Bulldogs host Annapolis on Friday, with an opportunity to move within a game of first place of the Panthers, and currently, North County.

33 Pikesville (9-3) O 74.1 D 62.3 PD +11.8 – The Panthers stand at 9-3, with losses to Deep Run VA (10-5), Boys Latin, and New Town (77-71). The Panthers hold a win over Woodbridge VA, and posted a 43 point win over Dundalk. Junior guard Evan Flaks leads the Panthers in scoring, averaging 16.9 points per game. The Raiders host #23 Parkville on Thursday.

34 Linganore (10-3) O 63.1 D  49.3 PD +13.8 – The Lancers had won 10 straight games since starting the season 0-2, including victories over North Hagerstown, 8-3 Caravel DE, and Frederick, until their 58-55 loss to Oakdale on Tuesday. On Friday, the Lancers host Westminster.

35 Havre de Grace (10-2) O 67.7 D 55.5 PD +12.2 – The Warriors have won 10 of their last 11 games since a 63-59 loss to #10 Dulaney in the season opener. The Warriors have key league wins over Aberdeen, including road wins at both Elkton and Joppatowne. The Warriors junior Marlon Lewis surpassed the career 1,000  point mark in their 62-54 win over C.M. Wright OM Tuesday. The Warriors have a big week ahead, hosting CM Wright on Tuesday, and travel to Edgewood on Friday.

36 Northwestern (9-5) O 74.1 D 69.1 PD +5.0 – The Wildcats have posted wins over Wise (split with the Pumas), Bowie, Franklin, and at Laurel. The ‘Cats go to Bladensburg on Friday, and to Eleanor Roosevelt Thursday, the 30th, to face the #3 Raiders.

37 Franklin (7-3) O 73.7 D 65.8 PD +7.9 – The Indians have wins over McDonogh and Randallstown, and losses to Dulaney, Northwestern, and Woodlawn. The Indians have only one remaining game versus a team currently in the top 50, in its season finale, at home, when they face #21 Parkville.

38 North County (9-2) O 61.1 D 50.2 PD +10.9 – The Knights are one game back of Annapolis for first place in the county league. The Knights have a win at South River, and another over Ben Franklin. The Knights travel to Edgewood on Wednesday, to face the 8-3 Rams, and host Annapolis next Monday with a possible share of first place on the line.

39 Loch Raven (10-2) O 67.5 D 56.8 PD +10.7 – The Raiders started 9-0, but have since lost 2 of their last 3 games, including a humbling loss to Sparrows Point, and a 23 point loss to New Town. The Raiders did register a 71-66 win over Patterson in the Carver Holiday Classic. The Raiders travel to Dulaney on Friday, to face the #10 Lions, then go to Milford Mill on Monday.

40 Northeast (11-3) O 63.1 D 52.8 PD +10.3 – The Eagles started 7-0, but have since gone 4-3, with losses to Arundel, Southern, and Annapolis. The Eagles did hand North County one of its two losses. The 2018 3A regional finalists host South River next Tuesday.

41 Marriotts Ridge (10-4) O 59.3 D 57.0 PD +2.3 – The Mustangs have won 4 of their last 5 games, including victories versus Wilde Lake, at South River, and at Atholton. The Mustangs, a game back in the county standings, host first place Oakland Mills next Wednesday.

42 Bowie (7-5) O 61.5 D 56.7 PD +4.8 – The Bulldogs have fared surprisingly well, despite the transfer of star guard Kyree Freeman-Davis to Rock Creek Christian, carving out a 7-5 record, posting a pair of wins over top 50 Bladensburg, and another over Surrattsville, with a 6 point loss at Great Mills, a 1 point loss to Wise, a 4 point loss at Flowers, a 5 point loss to Northwestern, and a 51-46 loss to #3 Eleanor Roosevelt on Tuesday.

43 South River (8-5) O 64.7 D 64.4 PD +0.3 – The Seahawks have wins over Broadneck and Southern, and handed Annapolis it’s only league loss. All twelve of the Seahawks games have been decided by 12 points or less, and seven of the twelve have been decided by 7 points or less. The Seahawks go on the road to face Northeast next Tuesday, and host Broadneck next Friday

44 Blair (8-3) O 67.6 D 61.2 PD +6.4 – The Blazers three losses were all by 7 points or less – to Thomas Stone by 7, Bethesda Chevy Chase by 4, and 1-loss Springbrook by 5. The Blazers travel to Sherwood next Tuesday.

45 DuVal (6-3) O 62.8 D 56.8 PD +6.0 – The Tigers have wins over HD Woodson and Flowers, with losses to #13 Douglass, #15 Wise, and Bladensburg. The Tigers travel to Eleanor Roosevelt on Friday, to take on the #3 Raiders, and head to Bowie next Tuesday.

46 Clarksburg (9-4) O 69.4 D 61.9 PD +7.5 – The Coyotes pulled out a 78-76 victory over Northwest on Tuesday, to move to 9-4. Prior to that, the Coyotes had lost three straight games, after starting 8-1, losing to #17 Richard Montgomery by 6, #18 Gaithersburg by 6, and at Sherwood, by 11.

47 Bladensburg (7-5) O 62.0 D 53.9 PD +8.1 – The Mustangs posted their biggest win of the season last Friday, handing DuVal its second loss, turning a halftime tie into an 18 point win. The Blazers host Northwestern on Friday, and travel to Wise next Tuesday.

48 New Era (8-6) O 60.1 D 51.2 PD +8.9 – The Jaguars snapped a four game losing streak with a 15 point victory at Ben Franklin on Tuesday. Three of the four losses were to top 10 teams – Dulaney, Lake Clifton, and City College. The Jaguars have a pair of top 50 wins, with a win at Randallstown, and another over Havre de Grace. Four of the six The Jags host #12 Mervo next Friday.

49 Broadneck (8-6) O 59.1 D 52.3 PD +6.8 – The 2019 4A state finalist Bruins have four losses by 5 points or less, and all six of their losses are to top 50 teams – Southern, City College, Great Mills, Reservoir, South River, and Annapolis. The Bruins do hold wins over Westminster, C.M. Wright, and Southern, and are riding a four game win streak.

50 North Point (7-6) O 62.2 D 62.0 PD +0.2 – The Eagles have six losses (including two out-of-state losses), but also have wins over Westlake and Huntingtown. The Eagles go to #2 St Charles next Wednesday, then to Thomas Stone, two days later.

Willie, a native of Chicago, and now a resident of Columbia for 40 years, is an educator at Homewood Center in Howard County, after spending 12 years as a real estate agent, following 10 years of running a small men’s retail company. Willie has contributed to Max Preps, Digital Sports, and Varsity Sports Network. Willie has produced MPSSAA top 25 rankings for both football and basketball for 15 years, across various platforms. From a large ‘sports family’, Willie’s brother Mike led Reservoir High to the 3A basketball state title game in 2018, while his nephew Anthony serves as the Indianapolis Colts College Scouting Coordinator.
