As the Ravens official page states, it is being reported that the Ravens have signed CB Chris Carr, but the organization has not made an official announcement.
Carr was not listed by Yahoo Sports, as one of the Top 100 available FA’s… by compairson, they listed Corey Ivy as the 78th best available FA to start the off-season.

If the signing is announced, this sures up the 2-deep at CB… Foxworth, and Washington as the starters… Walker, and Carr in reserve.
