As someone who has worked in the gambling field for 20 years I can honestly tell you that there’s no worse bet all year than the Super Bowl, yet people in Vegas are absolutely crazy about the game. First and foremost, it’s the best two teams in the league for the most part, so the line is normally pretty tight. Second, you get a ton of novice players who just want to have some action on the big game which normally means the line doesn’t move much. Anyway, one of more fun (and ridiculous) things on Super Bowl Sunday are the prop bets. Some folks like to bet on the coin toss, how long the National Anthem will take, how many times the announcers say the words “Tom Brady”, and nonsense like that. I have a few “real” props that I like, and let’s have some fun here and see how I do. Not suggesting anyone play them (unless they want to), so here goes. I’ll list them in order of strength.
