Robert Ray was called up today for Toronto and will pitch in place of David Purcey who was sent to AAA.
Ray will be making his Major League debut tomorrow.
In 2008, Ray had the following numbers at the AA level:
8-6, 3.18 era, 96.1 innings, 108 hits, 27 walks, 72 k’s.
Ray turned 25 in January.
