I was under the impression that NBA Pre-Draft Camps still existed in Orlando and Portsmouth… but according to this Dec 2008 article from Hoops World, the NBA has decided to discontinue those camps.

With Vasquez not having the opportunity to raise his stock in camp, it remains hard to see Vasquez staying in the draft.
All signs point to him returning to College Park for his Senior season.
