You know as an organization how many years, and how many dollars you are willing to give to Lee. (I’ve been saying 2 yrs $20M to get it done here) The O’s should be able to make the offer, and determine if it will be accepted or not. If you find that it is not going to work with Lee, extend offers to LaRoche and Pena.
