Guthrie’s 60th start as an Oriole
Jeremy Guthrie is making his 60th start as an Oriole tonight, and being knocked around.Guthrie is miscast as an ‘Ace’, but he is a solid 3 for anyone, and would be a good 2 for many.2007 - 175.1 IP, 165 hits, 123 k's, 47 walks, 23 homers, 711 OPS, 1.21 G/F2008 - 190.2...
The Orioles are up 8-3 heading to the 8th
Very encouraging outing by Brad Bergesen tonight in his Major League debut.Bergesen went 5.2 innings, allowing 4hits, 1 er, with 2 walks, and 4 k's.I was impressed with Bergesen's demeanor on the mound, and his desire to work quick. We knew from his Minor League...

The argument for Liz
He looks horrible right now… again, not because of his stuff… but because of his lack of development with his mechanics. The Orioles have decided he looked so horrible, that they are sending him back to Norfolk. I think the argument for sending him back to the Minors...
